Job summary

Bacardi is seeking an Account Manager for the Atlanta market to own a defined universe of on-premise accounts. You will drive profitable growth through relationship management, activation execution, and strategic planning, collaborating with Georgia distributor partners and brand teams.

The role requires strong consultative selling, KPI tracking, and the ability to travel within the Atlanta market. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 2–3 years in beverage/alcohol operations is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years in beverage/alcohol, hospitality, supplier, distributor, restaurant, nightlife, or bar operations.
• Experience with independent on-premise accounts and cocktail programs preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize activations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships within a designated universe of on-premise accounts.
• Lead meetings with key account stakeholders to present Bacardi brands and build long-term plans.
• Execute activities that drive sales, activation quality, and staff education across the account base.
• Deliver sales objectives including distribution gains, menu features, and program execution.
• Maintain reporting discipline, KPI progress, and market intelligence communications.
