Job summary
Reflection AI is seeking a Member of Technical Staff - IT Engineer to manage and improve the company’s IT operations from our New York headquarters. You will work with executives, engineers, and staff to deliver seamless, secure IT services with autonomy and initiative.
You will implement systems (MDM, SSO), automate onboarding/offboarding, protect security posture, and support office expansion with AV, networking and access controls. Excellent communication is essential.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting executives, assistants, engineers and non-technical staff.
- Proficient in managing user provisioning and SSO workflows.
- Familiar with modern ITSM and security onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operational IT requests.
- Define and implement systems that improve IT efficiency.
- Act as the on-prem IT lead at our New York headquarters.
- Provide white-glove support for executives.
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees to support rapid growth.
- Assist with design/deployment of IT systems (MDM, SSO, ticketing).
- Support IT security initiatives, including hardware security key rollout.
- Manage SaaS platforms and spend.
- Assist with building new offices (AV, networking, security equipment).
