Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional athlete experiences with product knowledge and presentation standards.
• Assist in building 30-60-90 day plans with the SM and ASM, and lead in store operations when needed.
• Create schedules and allocate workload to maximize efficiency and meet payroll goals.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage direct reports to maintain a high-performing team.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and SOPs and ensure policy compliance.
