Job summary

This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and a commitment to service excellence in a fast-paced wellness environment. On-site evenings, weekends, and holidays are required, with opportunities for growth and a culture of documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in hospitality, wellness, spa, hotel, restaurant, or retail leadership.
• Experience supervising and managing teams during active shifts (opening/closing/floor management).
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily floor operations across all departments to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient service flow.
• Be a visible on-floor leader; support the team and resolve issues in real time.
• Direct daily staff work and ensure they meet service standards for a warm, seamless guest experience.
• Open and/or close the facility, including cash handling, walk-throughs, checklists, and reporting.
• Oversee department leads and support scheduling, labor management, and break coverage to stay within targets.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and maintenance and promptly address issues.
