Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of GM or AGM experience in hospitality or wellness settings.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop Shift Managers and teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, cost control and basic financial reporting.
• Calm, guest-first approach in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support Shift Managers, ensuring cross‑department alignment.
• Oversee operations across amenities, front desk, therapies, F&B, and facilities.
• Review daily revenue, labor, and reports; present to leadership.
• Ensure staffing levels and scheduling meet business and budget needs.
• Monitor guest experience and resolve escalations professionally.
• Maintain brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and service.
• Collaborate with department leads to streamline communication.
• Interview and onboard new hires; provide performance feedback.
• Create and maintain written protocols and training procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
• Oversee inventory controls, ordering, and vendor relationships.
• Foster a collaborative, respectful team culture.
