Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Recruit and develop Associates, serving as a mentor and role model to ensure a positive experience for both staff and customers.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and company initiatives; provide input on succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets and improve store efficiency.
