Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to supervise and rally park operations across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You’ll coach team members, step in as Manager on Duty in the GM’s absence, and drive guest experiences to deliver WOW service at a high-energy trampoline park.

You’ll need 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, with supervisory experience preferred. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Background in retail, food & beverage, entertainment, or recreation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present; ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
• Lead front-line teams across all departments to maintain smooth park operations.
• Drive guest engagement and sales through WOW service and upsell opportunities.
• Oversee birthday parties, group events, and corporate outings; manage scheduling and staffing.
• Ensure park cleanliness, safety compliance, and timely shift procedures.
