Job summary

Bars & Recreation in Milwaukee seeks a Crew Lead to support hospitality and facilities operations, acting as on-site leader when senior staff are away and guiding a team across multiple entertainment brands.

You will train crew members, coordinate guest services, manage reservations and events, uphold health and safety standards, and help deliver memorable experiences across The New Fashioned, Game Show MKE, Nine Below, and other venues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in hospitality/service.
• Experience in bartending is a plus.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willing to obtain Milwaukee Class B Manager's License.

Responsibilities

• Open facilities as key holder and prepare for daily operations.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and brief staff.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Train and mentor crew members to improve efficiency and guest service.
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries.
