Job summary

Family Entertainment Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Location Supervisor to join our team and support the General Manager in daily operations, delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining company standards. You will lead and coach a frontline team, manage schedules and payroll, oversee opening/closing procedures, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and engaging environments for guests.

This role requires strong leadership, flexible availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years of leadership experience in amusement, hospitality, retail, entertainment, or a related customer service environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic business applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the location while leading by example and promoting Family Entertainment Group's values.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and exceptional guest service.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, payroll, performance management, recognition, and corrective action as needed.
• Oversee daily operational activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory, and facility presentation.
• Ensure games, equipment, and prize displays are clean, operational, and properly maintained.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating memorable guest experiences.
• Assist the General Manager in achieving revenue, profitability, and operational objectives.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Complete required reports, participate in training, and perform other duties as assigned.
