Delaware North Sportservice is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our Titletown team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will oversee daily operations for recreation and events, directly handling staff management, scheduling, payroll, and inventory while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in related field highly preferred.
• Experience in high-volume concession or hospitality environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train team members.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching as needed.
• Complete timekeeping and payroll processes, including scheduling.
• Ensure health codes and sanitation standards are followed.
