Legacy Hospitality is seeking an experienced manager to lead a team at VIG Milwaukee, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced venue. The role focuses on team development, operations improvement, and financial oversight.

You will nurture guest relationships, oversee nightlife clientele engagement, and drive a culture of service excellence while coordinating security ambassadors and weekend closing duties.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of success in a leadership role in hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills with a solid business sense.
• Passion for food, service, dining, and restaurant industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team focused on delivering guest experiences.
• Collaborate with management to improve day-to-day operations.
• Manage financial aspects of the operation.
• Cultivate relationships with guests for personalized service.
• Develop relationships with nightlife clientele.
• Build and lead the Security Team (Goodwill Ambassadors).
• Close the restaurant/bar on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
