Ability to work independently in on-site support environments.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at client locations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, OS, and enterprise software.
Support network connectivity and perform LAN troubleshooting when needed.
Assist with device setup, replacements, and hardware installations.
Document activities and update the service delivery team.
