Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking a reliable Desktop Support Engineer for on-site, contract-based IT support in Manchester, NH. You will respond to service requests, provide hands-on desktop and network assistance, and ensure adherence to client security policies at the client site.

The role requires strong Windows desktop experience, hardware and peripheral troubleshooting, basic networking, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.
