Qualifications
- Experience providing on-site IT support for desktop environments.
- Ability to install/configure hardware and enterprise software.
- Strong Windows OS knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Good communication and customer service for onsite clients.
- Ability to work independently with no guaranteed hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at client location.
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Assist with network connectivity issues (LAN).
- Document service activities and communicate updates to Service Delivery Team.
- Adhere to client IT policies and security procedures.
