Qualifications
- Experience with Windows desktops and enterprise software.
- Hardware troubleshooting and replacement experience.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, switches, routers).
- Ability to diagnose printer and peripheral issues.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in on-site settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Support LAN connectivity and network issues.
- Assist with device setup, replacement, and installs.
- Document activities and report to service delivery.
- Follow client security policies while onsite.
