This contract-based, on-demand role requires responding to service requests, troubleshooting Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and maintaining hardware and software at the client site in Benton, Arkansas.

The position is part-time, with no guaranteed hours; work is dispatched by the Service Delivery Team, and candidates must be U.S. citizens or GC holders preferred.

Qualifications

• Provides on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Installs, configures, and maintains hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.
