Target is hiring an On‑Demand Guest Advocate to deliver a welcoming guest experience and support store services. You will pick up shifts via the MyTime app, engaging with guests, assisting with product questions, and processing transactions with accuracy.

Flexibility, reliability, and strong communication are essential. Training includes a structured program to prepare you for daily guest interactions, drive adherence to safety policies, and support drive-up, order pick up, and registry services

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail customer service.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a register.
• Willing to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Stock and maintain a clean work area.
