Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to support guests with a welcoming experience in our store. You will assist customers, guide them to products, and process transactions using our store systems.

A focus on loyalty programs and a helpful attitude is essential for success in this role. You will operate on a flexible schedule, picking up shifts via the myTime app, and you must respond promptly to shift opportunities.
