Job summary

Target is hiring an On‑Demand Guest Advocate to assist guests in a fast-paced store environment. You will choose shifts via the myTime app, work on a flexible schedule, and ensure delightful guest experiences while maintaining store standards.

Applicants should be comfortable with a variable schedule, proactive communication, and a customer-first mindset to support order pick up, drive‑up, and guest services activities.

Qualifications

• Willing to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to pick up shifts via the myTime scheduling app.
• Must respond to contact attempts and work at least one shift within 5 months.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft to initiate warm interactions.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Stock supplies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
