You may pick up shifts via the myTime app, with a focus on delivering friendly service, loyalty sign-ups, and seamless support for order pickup and drive-up.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately while following safety standards.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and help guests sign up and sign in as needed.
• Support order pick up and drive-up services and assist with returns and exchanges.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and assist team members as needed.
