Qualifications

• Experience in guest service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting, assisting and thanking guests.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft zones with a friendly, proactive approach.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain service standards.
• Support peers and adapt to business needs while staying positive.
