Responsibilities

Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft and initiate helpful interactions.
Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and accuracy in service.
Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing guest experience and policy compliance.
Scan and bag items efficiently and follow safety standards.
Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up and use.
