Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to provide an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced store environment. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app, with flexible scheduling and autonomy over when you work, while maintaining high guest service standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with finding items, processing transactions, and supporting drive-up and order pickup services. Training and orientation are provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests locate products and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Assist with returns and transfers while following Target’s policies and procedures.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up, and registry services.
