ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a schedule that varies depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule.
As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Active engagement in picking up and working shifts, as well as responding to contact attempts, is required.
Regular attendance is necessary, with a minimum of one shift every 4 weeks (or 5 months starting December 2024). Failure to meet these requirements may result in employment termination.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT
Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features that drive adoption, usage, and guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up.

Skills and experiences gained include:

• Communicating and interacting with guests to build an inclusive guest experience
• Problem solving and decision making to positively impact guest satisfaction
• Adapting to different guest interactions and situations
• Promoting and engaging around various benefits, offerings, and services

Typical responsibilities include:

• Demonstrating a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience
• Greeting guests and observing their needs to offer assistance
• Engaging with guests to understand their specific needs
• Being knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to assist guests
• Scanning and bagging items efficiently and accurately
• Minimizing guest wait times while maintaining service quality
• Informing guests about current and upcoming store events and programs
• Supporting loyalty programs, fulfillment services, and app features
• Handling returns, de-escalating situations, and supporting guest services
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting cash operations and other duties as needed
