On-Demand: Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T1520)

Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier) and help create a welcoming environment for our guests. This role covers various responsibilities including cashier duties, general merchandise, fulfillment, food and beverage, and style services at our store.

Position Details
  • Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD
  • Employment type: Part-time, On-Demand

Role Overview

As an On-Demand Guest Advocate, you will have a flexible schedule, working shifts that you select via our myTime app. Regular attendance and active engagement are required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4-6 months to maintain employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and thanking guests
  • Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist guests with product knowledge, loyalty programs, and store services
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support store operations including order pickup, drive-up, and returns
  • Follow safety and compliance policies at all times
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally
