About On Demand Work

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement and response to contact attempts are required to maintain employment. You must work at least one shift every 4 to 6 months to avoid termination.

Role Responsibilities

As a Guest Advocate, your responsibilities include providing exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, resolving concerns, promoting store benefits, and supporting various store functions like order pick-up and checkout. You will create a welcoming environment and assist guests with products, services, and technology tools.

• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and educate guests about store offerings.
• Physical ability to handle merchandise and work in varying temperatures.
