ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. We require active engagement, including responding to contact attempts and working shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). If unable to meet this, employment may be terminated.

Participation involves attending a Target Welcome orientation and completing a short-term structured training. Afterward, shifts are picked up through the myTime app.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate, you'll focus on providing exceptional guest interactions, promoting store services, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Your role involves:

• Greeting guests authentically
• Understanding guest needs through body language and questions
• Using knowledge of store tools, products, and services to assist guests
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Supporting fulfillment services like Order Pickup and Drive Up
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Ideal candidates enjoy working in a team, providing excellent guest service, and are flexible with working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key skills include effective communication, focus, attention to detail, and the ability to operate technology devices.

Basic physical requirements include handling merchandise up to 44 pounds and working in varying temperatures.
