ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with your schedule varying based on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible, personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. We require your active engagement in picking up and working shifts and responding to our contact attempts. Failure to respond or work at least once every 4 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) may lead to termination.

Participation involves attending a Target Welcome orientation and completing a short-term training. Afterward, you can select shifts using the myTime app.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on guest interactions, exceeding service expectations, and promoting Target’s services and loyalty programs. You will be empowered to make shopping quick and easy, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests authentically and creating a welcoming environment
• Understanding guest needs through body language and conversation
• Knowing store tools, products, and services to assist guests effectively
• Processing returns, assisting with orders, and de-escalating negative situations
• Maintaining a clean work area and supporting store operations
