ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.
As an On-Demand TM, you will not be included on the posted weekly schedule but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or team members via our myTime mobile scheduling app.
Active engagement is required; you must pick up and work shifts and respond to contact attempts. Regular attendance and active participation are necessary to maintain employment, with specific minimum work requirements outlined.
Upon employment, attendance at a Target Welcome orientation and participation in structured training are required. The myTime app is used to pick up shifts.
ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT
Guest Advocates focus on delivering excellent guest service, engaging with guests, and promoting store services and loyalty programs. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with product and service inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
