About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Active engagement and responsiveness are required to maintain employment.

Regular attendance is necessary, with a minimum of one shift every 4-6 months to avoid termination. You will attend a Target orientation and training, then use the myTime app to select shifts.

Service & Engagement

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on guest interaction, exceeding service expectations, and promoting Target's products and services. Key skills include communication, problem solving, and adaptability.

Typical Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service and create a welcoming environment
• Assist guests with inquiries, returns, and using store services
• Operate checkout and other store equipment efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support store operations, including cash handling and safety protocols
