About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with your schedule varying based on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Your active engagement—picking up and working shifts, responding to contact attempts—is required.

Regular attendance is necessary, with a minimum of one shift every 4 weeks (or 5 months starting December 2024). If you fail to meet this, your employment may be terminated.

Participation in a Target Welcome orientation and a short-term training schedule is required. Post-training, shifts can be selected through the myTime app.

Guest Advocates focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and promoting store offerings and services. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with inquiries, operating registers, maintaining store cleanliness, supporting order pickup and drive-up services, and adhering to safety policies.
