ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Active engagement by picking up and working shifts is required.

Regular attendance is necessary. You must respond to contact attempts and work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to maintain employment.

You will attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete a short-term training schedule. Afterward, shifts can be picked up through the myTime app.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Guest Advocates focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and promoting store services and benefits, including loyalty programs and digital solutions.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, understanding their needs, providing product and service information, and handling transactions efficiently and accurately.

Additional duties involve maintaining a clean work area, supporting guest services like order pickup and drive-up, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.
