About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs and shift availability. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4 months (or 5 months from December 2024), is required to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

As a Guest Advocate, your typical day will include:

• Delivering excellent guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests
• Understanding and promoting store products, services, and benefits
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting various guest services such as order pickup and drive-up

Qualifications and Skills
