Role Details

The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $15.75 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $15.75 USD - $23.65 USD per hour.

About On Demand Work

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Active engagement by picking up and working shifts, as well as responding to contact attempts, is required.

Regular attendance is necessary, with a minimum of one shift every 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to avoid termination. You must work at least one shift within this period and respond to contact attempts to confirm interest.

Role Expectations

As a Guest Advocate, your day will include:

• Delivering exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming environment
• Understanding and explaining store tools, products, and services
• Handling transactions accurately and efficiently
• Supporting various store functions such as order pickup, drive-up, and returns
• Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
