The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $19.25 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $19.25 USD - $28.90 USD per hour.

ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those looking for a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be on the posted weekly schedule but will create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Regular engagement by working shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours) is required; failure to do so may result in termination.

Upon being offered this position, attendance at a Target Welcome orientation and participation in a short-term training schedule are mandatory. The myTime app is used to pick up shifts afterward.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT
Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features that drive adoption, usage, and guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up, ensuring exceptional quality.

Skills developed in this role include communication, problem-solving, adaptability, promoting store benefits, and managing various customer interactions.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating a service culture prioritizing guest experience
  • Greeting guests and understanding their needs
  • Utilizing store tools and services to assist guests
  • Efficiently scanning and bagging items
  • Minimizing wait times while maintaining service quality
  • Promoting loyalty programs and fulfillment services
  • Handling returns, de-escalating issues, and supporting guest services
  • Maintaining a clean work area and supporting safety policies
  • Supporting cash operations and other duties as needed
