Role Details

The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $19.25 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $19.25 USD - $28.90 USD per hour.

About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule depending on store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be on a fixed weekly schedule but can create your own by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Active engagement in picking up and working shifts is required, and regular communication from us will confirm your shifts.

You must respond to contact attempts and work at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). If unable to work once every 4 weeks due to personal reasons, flexibility can be granted, but response to contact is mandatory. Failure to work a shift within 6 months (or 5 months after December 2024) results in administrative termination.

Guest Advocates focus on welcoming guests, exceeding service expectations, and promoting store services and benefits. They are empowered to make shopping quick and easy, ensuring exceptional quality and guest satisfaction.

• Support safety, compliance, and cash handling procedures
• Assist with order pick-up, drive-up, and other guest services
• Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements
