Role Overview

This is an on-demand, part-time role offering flexible hours with a starting hourly rate of $19.00 USD, ranging up to $28.50 USD per hour. As an On-Demand Team Member, you can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app, based on store needs and your availability.

Our On-Demand Team Members are essential in delivering exceptional guest service, working flexibly to meet store needs. Regular engagement, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4 to 6 months, is required to maintain employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming and helpful guest experience, exceeding service expectations
• Assist guests with product knowledge, store services, and digital tools like Wallet and Target App
• Efficiently scan, bag, and handle guest transactions, including returns and order pickups
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
• Support guest services including Order Pickup, Drive Up, and Registry
• Partner with leadership to resolve guest concerns and de-escalate issues
• Perform other duties based on business needs

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and remain composed
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally
• Willingness to learn and operate technology equipment
