Overview

The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $17.00 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $17.00 USD - $25.50 USD per hour.

About On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime mobile app. Active engagement and responsiveness are required to maintain employment. You must work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to avoid termination.

Once hired, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and participate in a short-term training to prepare for your role. The myTime app is then used for shift scheduling.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service, greeting and assisting guests authentically.
• Understand guest needs through body language and communication, and provide tailored assistance.
• Be knowledgeable about store products, services, and digital tools to enhance guest experience.
• Efficiently scan, bag, and process transactions while maintaining safety standards.
• Promote Target's loyalty programs and assist with digital features like Wallet and the Target App.
• Handle returns, de-escalate issues, and support various guest services including order pickup and drive-up.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, stock supplies, and support safety and compliance policies.
• Support cash office operations as needed and perform other duties based on business needs.
