The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $17.25 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $17.25 USD - $25.90 USD per hour.

ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. You are expected to actively engage by picking up and working shifts and responding to contact attempts. Failure to respond or work at least once every 4 weeks (or 5 months starting December 2024) may result in termination.

You will attend a Target orientation and undergo short-term training before using the myTime app to select shifts.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate, your focus will be on providing exceptional guest service, including greeting guests, understanding their needs, promoting store offerings, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating a welcoming environment
• Assisting guests and resolving concerns
• Operating registers and handling transactions accurately
• Promoting loyalty programs and store services
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Handling cash and supporting cash operations
• Physical ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
