All about On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like, with a flexible schedule that varies based on store needs and your availability. As an On-Demand team member, you will not be scheduled in advance but can pick up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement, including responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4 weeks (or 5 months starting December 2024), is required to maintain employment.

All about Service & Engagement: Advocate for guest experience by greeting, assisting, and exceeding expectations through knowledgeable service and problem-solving. Focus on quick, friendly, and accurate service across various store functions.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Delivering excellent guest service and creating a welcoming environment
• Assisting guests with product knowledge, checkout, and store services
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Supporting store operations like order pickup, Drive Up, and returns

What we are looking for:

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
