This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work as much or as little as you like, depending on store needs and your availability. You will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app, with active engagement required to maintain employment.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.75 USD per hour.

About On Demand

As an On-Demand TM, you are not scheduled in advance but can pick shifts that suit your schedule. Regular communication and active participation are required to stay employed. You must work at least one shift every 4 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to avoid termination.

About Service & Engagement

Guest Advocates focus on delivering exceptional service, engaging with guests, and promoting store offerings and services. Key skills include communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and knowledge of store tools and services.

Typical Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist guests with product inquiries, returns, and using store services.
• Operate scanners, handle merchandise safely, and maintain a clean work area.
• Support store operations, including order pick-up, drive-up, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a welcoming attitude.
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for extended periods.
