About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app, and active engagement is required.

Regular attendance is necessary, with a minimum of one shift every 4 weeks (or 5 months starting December 2024). You will attend a Target Welcome orientation and structured training. The myTime app is used to pick up shifts.

Service & Engagement

You will be an advocate for guest experience, focusing on interaction, recovery, and digital solutions to enhance loyalty. Your role includes greeting guests, understanding their needs, and providing efficient service across various store functions.

Typical Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist guests by understanding their needs and offering solutions.
• Operate scanners, handle transactions, and support store services like order pickup and drive-up.
• Maintain a clean work area and support safety and compliance standards.
• Support cash operations and other duties as needed.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates enjoy working in a team, engaging with guests, and handling multiple tasks. Basic communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility are important.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and active engagement in shift work.
