Role Overview

This role offers flexible scheduling as an On-Demand team member, working based on store needs and your availability. You will not be scheduled in advance but can pick up shifts via the myTime mobile app. Regular engagement, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4-6 months, is required to maintain employment.

Compensation

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.50 USD per hour

About On Demand Work

Work as much or as little as you like, with shifts posted by leaders or team members. Your active participation is necessary for continued employment. Attendance and responsiveness to communication are critical, and you must work at least one shift within 4-6 months to avoid termination.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests authentically.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, handle merchandise safely, and support various guest services like order pickup, drive-up, and returns.
• Promote Target’s loyalty programs and digital features, assisting guests with sign-ups and app usage.
• Partner with team leaders to resolve guest concerns and de-escalate issues.
• Support cash handling, safety, and compliance policies.
