About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement is required, with a minimum of one shift every 4 weeks, and active responses to our contact attempts are necessary to maintain employment. You will attend a Target orientation and training before starting shift pickups.

Service & Engagement

As a Guest Advocate, you'll focus on providing excellent guest service, engaging with guests, and promoting Target's services and benefits. Your typical day includes greeting guests, assisting with inquiries, processing transactions, and supporting store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
