About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with scheduling flexibility based on store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app, responding actively to contacts from Target, and maintaining regular attendance (at least once every 4-6 months). You will attend a Target Welcome orientation and undergo structured training.

Service & Engagement

As a Guest Advocate, you'll focus on exceeding guest service expectations, engaging with guests, and promoting store services and benefits, including loyalty programs and digital tools like Wallet and the Target App.

Typical Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service by greeting and assisting guests
• Understand guest needs through body language and verbal cues
• Assist with product knowledge, checkout, returns, and resolving guest concerns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support other store functions such as order pickup, Drive Up, and cash handling

Basic Requirements

• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate technology equipment
