ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app, and active engagement is required—responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours) to maintain employment.

Attendance and responsiveness are critical. You will attend a Target orientation and training, after which you can pick shifts. Regular communication and flexibility are essential, especially during peak times.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate, your role involves welcoming guests, exceeding service expectations, assisting with digital and in-store services, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Key skills include communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and product knowledge.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment
• Assist guests with product inquiries, returns, and digital services
• Operate scanners, handle transactions, and support store operations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Support safety and compliance policies
