ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those looking for a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be on the posted weekly schedule but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Active engagement by picking up and working shifts is required, and we will contact you periodically to confirm your availability. You must work at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours), with a tolerance for personal circumstances. Starting December 2024, this period is reduced to 5 months.

Your communication and ability to work when needed are critical to your success. If offered a position, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete a structured training schedule. Afterward, shifts can be picked up through the app.

As a Guest Advocate, your role involves welcoming guests, exceeding service expectations, and promoting store services and benefits to drive guest loyalty. You will handle various tasks including assisting guests with products, services, and transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
