ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular attendance and active engagement are required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to maintain employment.
Upon hiring, you will attend a Target orientation and participate in a short-term training schedule. Afterward, you can select shifts through the app.
ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT
As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on delivering excellent guest service, engaging with guests, resolving concerns, and promoting Target’s products and services, including loyalty programs and fulfillment options.
