ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those looking for a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Active engagement in picking up and working shifts is required, along with responding to our contact attempts. Regular attendance and working at least one shift every 4 to 6 months are mandatory to maintain employment.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT
Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features that drive adoption, usage, and guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up.

Role Skills and Responsibilities:

Typical Daily Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality guest service
• Greeting guests authentically

• Scanning and bagging items efficiently and accurately
• Minimizing guest wait times
• Promoting Target Loyalty programs and fulfillment services
• Supporting order pickup, drive-up, and registry services
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following safety and compliance policies
• Supporting cash office and other duties as needed
