All About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement, including responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours), is required to maintain employment. Starting December 2024, the minimum is once every 5 months.

Service & Engagement

Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features that drive adoption, usage, and guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up while ensuring exceptional quality.

Skills and Responsibilities

• Communicating and interacting with guests to build an inclusive guest experience

• Promoting store benefits, offerings, and services

Typical day includes demonstrating service culture, greeting guests, understanding their needs, assisting with products and services, processing transactions, maintaining a clean work area, supporting guest services, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Additional Requirements

• Active engagement in shift pickup and responsiveness to contact attempts
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile during shifts
